Fully proportional representation (PR)

To sum up, the so called Full representation system is ideal but unrealistic and impracticable and will lead the nation into the vicious cycle of perennial instability.
The parties have shown with their behaviour that they are not able to take a single step without yet another matter of discord and if this FRP to be adopted, it is 110% sure that Nepali political parties will indulge in making and marring a new government in every three months without letting any of them pass the Honeymoon period.
UML leader Ishwor Pokhrel has rightly remarked that if the Maoist demands of declaration of Republic by the so called parliament and FPR is adopted, the Maoists are sure to make another demand of a new census and compel the parties to put the election off for another time. These are not political issues but just antics of the Maoists to create anarchy in the nation and usurp all the power by means of all default and violence. But they are never going to succeed as to be determined  by the Nepali geo-political situation but they will be successful in causing anarchy and destruction of almost everything.
