this is a really serious issue. losing such talents and awesome minds from the national level of intellectual power house is not gonna benefit our country in any way.

such a negligence from the govt.'s side is not gonna help the thousands of aspiring nepali students in the field of science and technology. they mush provide proper attention for the on-going research projects. we lose our minds to the foreign land and we have to pay for the implementation of their discoveries.
