No matter how much lucky you can get being in some state, it's a whole different story to get the real meat verses "Bikashey" meat. I once got Yak meat from an exotic meat center. Damn, it was nothing like real yak meat. which I grew up with. More like a beef. So I don't think you can get close to real Badel(Water Hog)
