Namaste! This littering offence brought a smile upon my face. Can I say its a Nepali habit? I know someone who simply
loves to litter. I guess old habits die hard, bro. Sometimes you get away with it, and sometimes you don't. It's called
'Lucky Strike'. Kudos for paying the fine. I also hope it won't be listed....
