Its no doubt, Maoists are mandales, even more than that; probably we need to coin another name for them. See the vandalism in Kantipur and other publications!!!! Prboably, Mudale is good, coz they r aways having munda (scarf) in their head and their character is like mandales'. Do you agree with me, brothers and sisters?
