ok, i think now i recognize your house makuramanche........if i am not mistaken your house must be one of those two houses i figured....its either that red one which a sherpa family has rented or the one just on the right side of that small pitched galli and just behind basnet's house and adjacent to that triangular khali jagga where this butcher slaughters goats..... and now i know the house or that titanic ship you were talking about.... LOL i didn't know people used to call that house titanic ship. i can't stop chuckling now when i picture that titanic ship in my mind yeah my house is in that khursani tar chowk......which also leads to shangrila hotel. one needs to take the road that leads to khursani tar from that titanic ship chowk
