first off you have to be in F1 status for atleast 9 months... And you need an approval form your ISO advisor. Then you need to write a letter explaning your situation of extreme  hardship and the situation is out of your controll to..... USCIS.. neither your parents or sponsor could support and more important it is obstructing you to achieve your educational goal.. and do make sure whatever you claim in that letter you have proper documents.. Dont just make random statement in the letter and not have any supporting documents.. so get all the necessary documents mailed from nepal to you first... example your current bank statement(low balance ofcourse) loss in business or whatsoever you want to claim as a reason.. you would definately get the EAD! if they want some more info from you they will send you a blue letter of death.. and you need to send them whatever they ask for..
