thank u for your advice. but i think my posting is pretty clear. let me put it again, its the inidian consultancy who sponsored my h1. And i think we all know how it works for them. they give us the raining, make the flashy resume and market us. As far as i know, we can start to work on H1 after october and the training from them should have completed way ago . But in my case , even the training hasn;t started yet, so putting me in the market and getting job is far far away. so in the meantime, there will be no payroll (which i think is important for h1 holders?) The consultancy is saying that there will be no problem even if they becnh me out without payroll as long as they do not notify INS. plus, i have to do h4 for my spouse also. ?????????????????????
