Hi visa experts, I have a question about going back to graduate school full time after being in H1B. I have been in H1B for a year now and want to go back and want to know about people's experience - legal wise- during the change. More importantly, I heard that if you have initiated green card process then you wont' be eligible for F1 anymore since you won't pass the 'no-intent-to-immigrate' criteria. I want to know how true this is and whether anyone has had exprerienced it. Any replies appreciated. Thanks!
