Hey Catmando, Thanks for the Info. From my understanding its 180 days after we file 485 . Mine is less than 90 days. So I was thinking if I can continue another 90 days then I can transfer to my new employer. But still can we transfer it legally after 180 days? Is there any web site where we can get this 485 transfer info. My current Laywer is totally freak dhoti. But the company I will be joining is genuine so kinda confused.
