@Team Player Legally, it is not. But USCIS is never going to know that you have started a new job, so as long as your old employer is willing to continue the process, you are fine. I would recommend to have your lawyer change the sponsor name to your new employer. If I remember correctly, it is after 90 days of original application that you can switch to any employer. @Euta Nepali I am sure your lawyer can give you better information but as far as I know, that means your interview process (with the candidates who posses similar qualifications) information needs to be documented better.
