first of all thank you for your message. here is how it will cost NOTHING to send me the mail. if you are a BCA student, you can get the syllabus for free from the college. if you are a bca student you can use the Printer, Scanner of the college for free. And ofcourse any college student who is reading this message, will have internet in his home or college. so it will cost nothing except some time. but i take your opinion in a positive way and have decided to raise the prize money to Rs700.
