From the options you provided above, Pharmacy seems the best choice (getting inot a dental program ain't too bad either)...Get an independent company like WES to evaluate your B.SC credits from Nepal so that it could apply here (you save a few bucks in tuition) and you will finish the course sooner too. My suggestion is to come into the university and remain undecided for the 1st year (take as much core classes as you can) and get suggestions from your peers/advisors and professors to help you with the dilemma...Also, they may tell you more than anyone here in sajha would.
