Well stopthewar, see if it was to army. They would have long time back executed each and every maoists. But in this ideal world, since they are the army of the government which has undergone so many treaties and has to follow many international war laws and regulations. No matter how close army got they always had to back off. As civilians were used by maoists on each attacks. If army did what they could, imagine the death tolls? But they never killed innocents (atleast did their best) followed each treaty or whatever ..... So it could happen one day, that all these top maoists leader may be brought to justice and executed. There are thousands who have lost their someone who want to see justice served.
