Yes, wubi creates different virtual system on the top of ntfs..... I think you have already downloaded the ubuntu 7.04 iso so no need to download it again , so just before uninstalling the previous wubi copy ubuntuxxxx.iso from inside the wubi directory in c:/ to the harddrive that is c:/ in your case and start a new wubi installer for the same from c:/ , the new wubi installer won't download the whole thing it will start installing the software.. By the way for chor, give up CentOs and try Ubuntu.. CentOs is for the server not for the workstation...
