I have the same question. I am going to graduate in may of '08. Can somebody pls give me a reason why it is not advisable to graduate in spring? Also, is it possible to file for the H1-B even before I graduate if my employer is willing to hire me after my graduation. Replies to these questions will really be appreciated..
