My reply to Hussian's question would be

a student who attempts 100% and scores 80% would always be rated better than the student who attempts 20% and scores 20%. It is dumb of Hussian to ask that question. I hope he does not ever repeat the mistake throught his life time and preach the newbie generation of anchors not to do so.
