While I appreciate the concern raised by you guys, it might be a different scenario from now on wards. #1-Very few companies will be willing to hire internationals from now on as they aren't assured of H1B, in fact there is a greater chance that they won't get H1B. So, why would companies pay for training these people for a year? First year is essentially all about training. This is the single most important issue. #2- I think you have to choose a worse to the worst. If you think you might not get a job at all, then it might be worth working with these "illegal" b***es. The issue out here is more about landing into a job than thinking about H1B and the consequences after that. No person is guaranteed a H1B visa anyway. So, despite being a sad option, I am not in favor of denouncing them as somehow you are also benefiting from it.
