BM, it's wow that you find these story common when uncommon atmost. Goat story sounds common sense atleast in nepal/india out of fear/beliefs/religion but have you heard building two roads in the vicinity just because they're competitive in politics?thus both are not usable? When the country is poorest in the world?. It is beyond dirty politics. It is common in politics to be greedy and other dirty stuff but after all they're human at the basic level. But the same basic humanity seems to be eroded in the case of poorest people. What next, two airports, two bridges or multiplied by parties that exist in Nepal. Even animals would use common sense when their own survival/developement matters. You seems to be a  sympathetic to PETA's cause who has fallen into bbc's rating net campaign/tactics. This story wouldn't be any interest to media because nobody knows where the hell Nepal is but sadly  those tasty meat happens to be a catagory "animal" that western people started to love. Atleast nepali would consider embarrassing news, that's what I thought.
