Seiko is right. Even at Atlanta lot of these Dhotis and even Nepalese are doing same. But the thing is so many have employeed Nepalese now to attract fellow Nepalese. About resumes, I guarantee MANY of Dhoti candidates are getting jobs in same way. Resume doesn't matter with Job, Its just to get the job at first place and few days of your job thats tough, but thats how you learn. Further the most important thing is, the job Nepalese may ignore in fear of such steps is being taken by dhotis doing same thing.
