Captain feels good to be back. I've been out of commission for a while. Heart attack is something that's been building up for a while because of Paras' unhealthy lifestyle no doubt. Unhealthy eating and lifestyles make people prone to heart attacks and the attack can be triggered by various reasons. The family brawl could very well be straw that broke the camels back perhaps. I hope paras gets well and starts having a healthy life and is able to take some positive role in the country's future.
