Riten, what do you mean I caught the ROME bug too? I watched the first season, including pre-release hypes, on its first run on Hbo and I really liked it. I was totally excited when they announced the second season. Now it's out on DVD and I have no intention to buy it. I'd rather buy 20 packs of cigarette than Rome Season II DVD set with extras :D. I hate blockbusters, I think they rip you off big time. I caught some of the episodes and it's awesome. I have to watch it because it shows one of the most admired episodes in the history -- Octavius's rise to power, politics, and how he became Augustus the great. Yup, Hbo shows are great, but I watched only two series on a whole -- Rome season 1 and Band of Brothers. Beside them and the ones you mentioned, I caught bits and pieces of "six feet under" and it was awesome -- especially the first episode. Those shows are great because they are uncensored -- where else can you watch greek-orgy in roman brothel, Pompey being beheaded, the sensual side of Cleopatra, and hear all the curse words you could find in the dictionary? eh... No, seriously, they are great... Anyway, anybody else got the links?
