I have tried both Muncha and Thamel.com... both are equally good...when you order something in big season they are inconsistent..i guess must have to do with seasonal volume. I was quite impressed with both of the companies in rectifying mistakes...to be honest i found them both equally professional..their customer service was far better than I had experience here in the US. I commend these nepalese comapanies efforts. There is no need to plaster them..i think its unfair..there are tons of other sites that are popping up following their model...so kudos to both...
