I 100% agree with Captain. So i found a solution .I don't send gifts to Nepal .. These Muncha idiots spoiled my surprise to recepient seriously thought i forgot the b'day.I could not explain.AND funniest thing is "THEY called and wanted gift back to deliver next day (sheduled one) I just could not get it either they are too stupid or too smart. This is where business philiosophy comes in place. "Customers is everything in US" everything customer satisfaction.but in Nepal it is opposite "it is buisness's satisfaction ".They see short term profit .Very narrow vision.Not only one business i can count 100s of industries who once produced quality stuff later delivered poor ones and 100s who having potential of growing into millions rs went bankrupt all of sudden without any clue.
