Definitely, There are problems faced by both parties.. Nepal is not in shaped up condition to be true. Late delivery could be due to several reasons but ya, we being customer, paying good bucks for product do need otherwise, a good reason, fact based, for an excuse. If happens twice.. I dont have to tell, Check other site. Also, If products are delivered bad, then there is absolutely no no to that site again. I have tried several sites and have found hard to get consistency.
