whatever violence you see in the country now is because of maoist - directly or indirectly. They are hanging into governement at the same time they are involved in terrorism. Its like HAMAS in Nepal. Maoist are so used to power now they do not want to give up 83 seats as they now know they won't be able to win even 9 seat less then what they had before in 1990 election.
