It is Maoist and Sitaula who has done it. The Maoists has blocked Armed Police to establish base for CA election in Kalikot. They humilate UML Parliamentarian in Ramechhap. There young criminal league has announced general strike starting last week of Bhadra. It is all act of Maoists to avoid CA election. I don't see Gyane's hand on it.
