A happy ending to the sad story: After a couple of months in March he (James) stopped by at the gas station. For some reason he decided to buy a lottery tickets. Then the jackpot was 300 million dollars. His number came out. He collected the money. Which was 165 million to be exact. He fixed his leg. Doctor suggested him to walk as much as he could. So they decided to settle down in the mountains. They bought the house in Colorado and has been living happily since. To Be continued.
