OK here's the ending.

As she stood staring at the setting sun from her bedroom window, she realized what a mistake it had all been. On one hand was Juggy, her husband, a man who loved her with every fiber of his being. On the other was CH, a cold and secretive person who was insensitive and indifferent to other people's feelings. What had she been thinking she wondered as she wiped the drop of tear that had trickled down her cheeks.

Isn't it supposed to be the other way - the husband cold and uncaring and the lover all warm and fuzzy? Something was terribly wrong with this story. This was not the story she, a seasoned writer, would have written.

Her doorbell rang. She went down to find Juggy home early.

"Why so early?" she asked innocently.

"Why? Are you hiding a lover somewhere?" he retorted playfully.

They both laughed.

"Just wanted to be home with you" he told her as he nibbled on some biscuits and sipped the tea she had made him. They both watched the sun dip into the vastness of the Pacific Ocean.

Tomorrow would be a new day and a new beginning.
