I didn't like the old one, and don't like the new one either --- at least the old one was glorifying someone but this new one does not even do that (my personal opinion)-- I am not sure if the national anthem has to include sagarmatha or Budhdha but it has to pump patriotic blood -- I feel bored with the new one. The idea of having a few potential national anthem out to the public for a while, and choosing the one that gets the most public votes sounds like a good idea to me. After all, the national anthem is for all the Nepalese not just for those few in a commettee. Glad that the old one is gone, though.
