Yea I agree with you. "BANEKO CHHA PAHARALE " has far more powerful message than the new national anthem. Personally I don't dislike the new national anthem, I could listen to it thousands times just as I could listen to BANEKO CHHA PAHARALE. But I think, we definitely need another national anthem.
