here's my story: I am recent may graduate(may 2007), couldn't even file(Master's quota) H1B this year. I am currently employed by an engineering firm (they know my case and agree to sponsor H1B next year). But I need to go back to college for 5 months ( from May to October 2008) to be in status. Then I can come back to work. Is it possible that I can do distance learnig course OR is it must to go to full time status.?? Any information and/or Suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks
