guys, A friend of mine has a Bachelor's degree in Humanities & Social Sciences from Tribhuvan University. Is it equivalent to AA degree over here in US? Can she just get enrolled in a state college instead of going to a junior college? What's the process of evaluating the transcript from TU ? and also how to obtain detailed course descriptions in Humanities & Social Sciences faculty from TU? I'd really appreciate your advice.
