Shakeen, If you are really serious about it, I can introduce you with one of my friend who made a movie here in USA. I think he spent some $150000 to make a Hindi movie called That game of Chess but I think this is not released yet. There is lot of work needs to be done once shooting is completed so you cant tell exactly how much it would cost unless you plan very carefully.
