I have a problem for sure but dunno what actually is wrong.

Lately, actually since yesterday night my car has been making unusual chirping sounds when turning LEFT. There seem to be no problem when turning right or driving straight. Today, that sound on turning left seem to have increased.

Anyone has had this problem before to know what may possibly have gone wrong and needs fixation?
