One of my Bulgarian friends got into ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY and UNIVERSITY OF OREGON in the MBA program with full tuition scholarship in addition to some assistanship. She also had a year of work experience (in some non-profit). Her GPA was around 3.9 (but from a third tier school). Not sure about GMAT scores.
