hey rezor, nice nice...what kind of ball do you plan to use? over here at my place, they use tennis ball....may sound a bit funny but they use duct tape to make a sim around it haha.. but trust me...it DOES swing. not that i am a good swinger ni pheri :D) that's possibly the cheapest and a good option to practice. as per my experience, if u can bowl a tennis ball at say around 55 mph, u will easily hit 70 with a normal cricket ball. :P
