thanks guys, yedi camera nai pathauna napaune rules ho bhane I am ignorant,I agree and I am lucky 5000 ns ma mero chhej ta pugyo .... But see this in other way too,about bribers karmachariharu,why they have to threaten my receipient that I have done unlawful act in first hand and then on other hand they release the items when they got money and again they made the receipt of 500 rs only.The rest of the money in their pocket....This is really ridiculous man.....I would like to see the postal rules and act of smplyees ther to be transparent so that other people like me may get benfit by not using nepa's govtmt postal service.......!
