As far as I understand about these dhoti consultancies, you are employed by them and on the basis of which you got your H1 B. As long as you are in employment contract with them, your H1 is valid. Does not matter whether or not you get a job through them. I am pretty sure you will still have a valid H1 and you can keep looking for Job. Sajha gurus, please shoot me if I am mistaken
