1. In many occassions, USCIS website is not updating the status. One can find it pending where as the application itself has been approved. You may wish to ask your employer to fax you the receipt notice of such document. 2. You may want to discuss this to your lawyer. In an event where you want to transfer, USCIS sometimes requires 2 weeks pay-stub. 3. Depends on individual choice. My preferece would be getting a green card whosever will be the employer, and making a choice once the green card is approved.
