The fugger is 83 years old and still leading a nation...He should've retired before he even turned 45 (given Nepal's mortality rate). Why da hell are we even allowing retirees to contest elections when they should be supporting the younger ones to take charge. Not that I have anything against retirees but haven't we all seen that at any job, by the time people reach retirement age (or even a decade before that), productivity has gone WAY WAY downhill (compared to their youth). And in Nepal, we're allowing this megalomaniacal fool to continue leading the TOP JOB of them all?? Answering your question, Nepal politics would be BETTER OFF without him.
