Unspecified Locations (Reuters) - A Nepali man known as Comrade C cut off his dong after morning prayers and offered it to Communist leader Prachanda, whose dong had rotted out during his jungle days when fungus had spread and decayed the organ. Comrade C, who runs a drug store in the southeastern town of Rangeli, is undergoing mental evaluations for his dogmatic worshipping of the political leader, it said.
