Okay, Found the fix for this... Fix is:
Edit the "environment" file that is located at /etc directory. sudo emacs /etc/environment (emacs, vi, gedit, editor of your choice) and add MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO=0 at the end of the file. Log off and relogin and it should work fine.
