Helo folks, One of the Company here in US applied H1 for my brother who is in Nepal and it is approved. Has anyone did this before? Whar are the chances of getting VISA with approved H1? What kind of document should we ask from this company who applied his H1? How should he prepare his documents??How should he prepare for his interview at US consulate at KTM?
