KOS, You said "He is as much Nepali as any english speaking person considershimself to be American or British." and now you said "You can call him Indian Nepali but he is not Nepali. He is an Indian." You are making your point weak yourself. Can you say the french community residing in Quebec are not french? Do they pay tax for France? Can you say the korean people residing in Japan are not koreans? Do koreans in Japan pay tax for korea? No, they pay tax for Japan, but still they are koreans NOT japanese. Do portugese of brazil pay tax for Portugal? You are bringing your own definition of nepali or non-nepali that ends on who pays tax to which country. I am paying tax to USA, but I am not american. And the bottomline is you are Prashant hater, that's why you are bringing this kinda issue out of common sense.
