I would say, go for the job unless going for school would be more of a personal fulfillment for you. Regarding the salary, in 2 years time and with 2-3 yrs of experience, you can easily make equivalent to what you would make after graduating from grad school. Since you are being offered a job by a Fortune 500 company, the salary will be pretty good. After your Masters', if you do not find a job with a big company and would have to work for a smaller company, you might not even get the equivalent of what you are getting now. In that case, you might be disappointed then. Strike while the iron is hot. Who knows what the job market will be like in 2 years' time and with limited time in the hands of international students, getting a job is also a lot about luck and timing. If you can, maybe you could do your masters part-time while going to school. That would be more of a win-win situation...
