In order to file your petition, you need to have an employer who is willing to do that on your behalf. Some contract houses, who will find job for you can sponsor as well. You don't have to have hospital sponsor you, but if you go thru these consulting houses, they pay you less and you have to work for them for certain years. So my advise, find a hospital. If you don't find any healthcare facility who will sponsor you and if you run out of your OPT, next option is to go back to school. If you have ADN, go for BSN, and if you have BSN, go for MSN.
