So, you would have to have a healthcare facility sponsor you, is that right? can you have a lawyer file a petition on your behalf w/o a sponsor for the mean time? what would happen if you dont find a sponsor and your OPT expires in July,08? Can I apply for that visa category next year? Any suggestions is highly appreciated.
