PunteDamai, I am not trying to discourage you but I kind of felt like you are bragging about your potential invention by exposing yourself as a Nepali Inventor in US. You mentioned on this bulletin board that your progress is at the developmental stage. If I were you I would have implemented and validated design or product innovation after my fledgling ideas have been fully developed before inquiring about Patent for claiming invention. First thing is first and make it sure your news ideas is an innovation and can be claimed for patent as an invention. Keep posted your progress and time line of development, implementation and validation or verification of your work. You can approach a Nepalese Patent Attorney for help who got his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern and JD from George Washington University.
