looks like a new company....im a hard core patriot...if ur gnna keep lookin at ur one $5, its not gnna b good...u gtta gv it a shot...i've been given nepal ko number if incase i dnt get thru to the customer care rey... n i called the nepal ko number and tried and ACTUALLY spoke to someone in nepal ...where the company is located... probly they need sometime to get streamlined!! dont give up...its takin business back home jai nepal
